This exhibition featured 275 pieces by German visual artist, designer and Bauhaus professor Josef Albers, and by the visual artist Anni Albers. It also included objects and pre-Columbian textiles, which were collected by the couple during their trips though Latin America. The exhibition’s relevant character lay in the presentation of the Albers’s creative process and in the discussion about how the culture from different countries and times may influence a contemporaneous artist. Curated by Brenda Danilowitz.
